Return Policy

Although we strive to maintain absolute flawless production quality, there may be slight imperfections or irregularities from time to time. This is never allowed to distract from the quality of the piece as a whole but if the handmade aspect of our product is ever problem for you as our customer, just return the item and we will gladly provide a refund.

If the name on your tile set is misspelled but matches the placed order, we will provide replacement tiles to correct the spelling for $5.00 each. If we misspell the name on the order we will provide replacement tiles at no charge.

Shipping / Pickup

We ship USPS Priority Mail. Shipping is only $5.00 per order anywhere in the continental U.S. If you order several tile sets shipping is still just $5.00. All orders are shipped within five days of placement or less. We do not ship internationally at this time.

If you live in the St. Louis, Mo. Metro area you can give us a call and arrange to pick them up just across the JB Bridge in Columbia, Il. and pay no shipping costs at all!

To order a Letter Tile Name

1. Enter the name you wish to appear on the Tile Name. Please type in ALL CAPITALS.

Spelling is very important. Tile Names will be made with the exact spelling entered on the order form. We cannot be responsible for misspelled names. If there is a misspelling, we will work to correct it as economically as possible.

2. From the top menu, select the number of letters in the name you wish to appear in the tile name.

3. Select the design you wish to order

4. Enter any special instructions or comments you may have

5. Click the Add to Cart button to continue the checkout process. To order multiple Tile Names repeat the steps above for each one desired.
